How to Submit a DMCA Takedown

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include your name, contact info, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal or district court.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with DMCA and our terms, we will terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
